1. Who we are
This website is operated as an intermediary service for property in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Using the site means accepting these terms.
2. What the site does
We publish property listings submitted by verified account holders and pass enquiries to them. We are an intermediary: we are not a party to any sale or tenancy agreement, and we do not own, let or manage the properties advertised.
3. Accuracy of listings
Listing content is supplied by the account holder offering the property. We verify ownership documentation and the advertising permit before publishing, but we do not independently survey, value or measure a property. Areas, service charges and completion dates are as supplied and should be confirmed before you commit.
4. Commission
Our commission is published on every listing and on the commission page. It becomes payable on completion of a transaction. Government fees, developer charges and any third-party services you appoint are separate and are not included.
5. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, republish or resell listing content, submit false enquiries, or attempt to obtain the personal data of other users.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
