We are an intermediary for Dubai property, built around one idea: the work an agency does is worth paying for, but not at the rate the market has settled on.

What we actually do

We verify that a seller owns what they are advertising and that the listing carries a valid Trakheesi advertising permit. We present the property properly, in seven languages and five currencies, because Dubai property is bought from everywhere in the world. We handle and qualify enquiries so an owner meets serious parties rather than tyre-kickers. We coordinate viewings. We guide the paperwork through to the DLD transfer or the tenancy contract.

What we do differently

We publish our commission. It appears on every listing, next to what a typical Dubai agency would charge for the same transaction, and it is the same figure for everyone — there is no rate that depends on how hard you negotiate.

Every listing belongs to a verified owner account. You are not scrolling through the same apartment posted six times by six brokers, and the badge on each listing tells you whether you are dealing with the owner or with a licensed agent acting for them.

What we are not

We are not a classifieds board that takes a fee and disappears, and we are not a portal that sells your enquiry to five agents. We are also not a law firm or a mortgage broker: where you need one, we will tell you so rather than improvise.
