Frequently asked questions

For buyers and tenants

Is the commission added to the price I see?

No. The price on a listing is the asking price. The commission panel on the same page shows separately what our fee would be and what a typical agency would charge, so you can see the whole cost before you enquire.

Why can I not see the owner's phone number?

Enquiries go through us so that we can qualify them and so that an owner's personal contact details are not scraped off a public page. Your message reaches the owner directly, and you deal with them from there.

Can I view a property before committing to anything?

Yes. Send an enquiry, choose "Book a viewing", and we will coordinate a time. Nothing is payable for a viewing.

Prices are shown in my currency — is that the real price?

The contract price is always the AED figure, which we show underneath the converted one. Anything not in AED is marked with "≈" because it depends on an exchange rate that moves.

For owners and landlords

What does it cost to list?

Nothing. You pay commission only when a transaction completes.

How long does verification take?

We aim to review a submitted listing within one working day. We check ownership documents, the advertising permit and the photographs before it is published.

Can I list a property that an agent is also marketing?

Yes, unless you have signed an exclusive agreement with them. Check your agreement first — that is between you and the agent, and we cannot advise on it.

What happens to my listing if it does not sell?

Listings run for a set period and then expire. You can renew, pause or close a listing at any time from your panel.
